Spanish Grilled Bread
- 1/2 loaf Italian bread, cut 1/3" thick
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 plum tomato, oven roasted
- Grill both sides of bread after brushing with o/o. Rub the hot bread with garlic clove on just one side. Then squeeze on tomatoes and rub across bread at the same time. Drizzle with o/o and season with s/p.
