Greek-Style Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 10 double cut lamb chops
  • Marinade:
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Marinate chops at least 1/2-1 hour. Grill over medium high heat, turning once. Cook about 10 minutes for medium rare.
