Duxelle of Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • butter
  • ks & bp
  • thyme
  • nutmeg
  • brandy, sherry or madiera

Method

  • Sweat mushrooms in butter. Add ks, bp, thyme, nutmeg. Add selected alcohol and sweat a little longer.
