- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/4 cup gluten, wheat
- 1 cup bran
- 1/4 cup whey, protein powder
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup flax seed, meal
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 1 cup bread flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
