Hot Spicy Chicken Strips
Ingredients
- 5 chicken breast half without skin, cut into strips
- olive oil spray
- Red Hot Sauce:
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- Blue Cheese Dip:
- 1/4 lb. blue cheese
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Place strips on sheet pan and place in 400F oven for about 8-10 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Remove chicken from oven. Pour off fat and pour sauce over chicken. Return to oven, turning once or twice, until sauce is bubbly for about 8 mintues.
- Take chicken out of oven and serve with blue cheese dip and celery sticks, if desired.
