Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, mileted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Method

  • Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water. Whisk in the butter and vanilla. Then the cream. Cook about 5 minutes. Use immediately.
