Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup olive oil, or to taste
  • 1/3 cup canola oil, or to taste
  • dill, rosemary, thyme, to taste

Method

  • Whisk or shake in a large jar to mix.
