Spicy Daikon Salad
- 2/3 lbs. total daikons and carrots, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon red chile peppers
- Mix daidons, carrots, salt, sugar, rice vinegar and red pepper powder. Serve.
