Spicy Daikon Salad

Ingredients

  • 2/3 lbs. total daikons and carrots, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chile peppers

Method

  • Mix daidons, carrots, salt, sugar, rice vinegar and red pepper powder. Serve.
