Creamy Horseradish

Ingredients

• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 large horseradish, or bottled pickled horseradish
• vinegar, to taste
• salt and pepper, to taste

Method

• Grate horseradish and place in sour cream. Taste for proper acid, salt and pepper to taste. This dish is all to taste....hot or hotter?
