Mango, Jicama and Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 3 medium mangos, large cubes
- 2 (1 1/2 pound) jicama, large cubes
- 3 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, large cubes
- 2 teaspoons ground chile
- salt
- 3 limes, juice
Method
- Mix together, season to taste.
