Grilled Balsamic Vinagrette Kababs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef, pork or lamb, 1 -1 1/2" chunks
  • 2 large red onions, 1" cube
  • 4 red bell peppers, 1" cube
  • 1 yellow bell peppers, 1" cube
  • 3 zucchini, 1" cube

Method

  • Marinate lamb in Balsamic Vinaigrette for 2-3 hours. Bring to room temperature. Place on wooden skewers (previously soaked in water for about 30 minutes) alternately with vegetables. Place on hot grill turning after 5 minutes and cook another 5-7 minutes.
