Limoncello

Ingredients

• 3 large bottles Everclear, or 100 proof vodka
• 30 large lemons, grated on box grinder lightly...NO PITH
• Infuse zest in bottles of Everclear for 40
• days.
• Make a simple syrup (2 quarts) and add to
• bottles. Cork and seal with wax.
