Crab Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 5 red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped fine
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 dashes worchestershire sauce
  • 8 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 orange, peeled of all peel and pith
  • 2 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Blend with hand-held or counter top blender.
