Chucumber
Ingredients
- 2 red onions, finely chopped
- 4 small cucumbers, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 red chiles, finely chopped
- 2 green chiles, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 1/2 cups raw peanuts, roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 teaspoons chaat masala
Method
- Stir together onion, cus, tomatoes, cilantro, chiles and lemon juice.
- Sitr fry the peanuts in a wok over high heat with oil and salt. Fry for 1 minute. Sprinkle with the pepper and chaat masala and stir. Fry for 2 minutes and remove and add to onion mixture. Season with salt to taste just before serving (to keep the vegetables from releasing too much juice).
