Bibim Bap....Rice Medley
Ingredients

1 1/3 cups round steak, julienned

2 teaspoon each soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar

pepper to taste

4 teaspoons garic, minced

4 teaspoons sesame oil

16 shitake mushrooms, rehydrated, cut in thin strips

2 cups each carrots, cucumber, shredded

4 cups Spinach Salad

2 cups Spicy Daikon Salad

2 cups Bean Sprout Salad

8 eggs, scrambled
-
4 cups lettuce, shredded

8 tablespoons Bibam Bap Sauce
Method

Make Spinach Salad, Spicy Daikon Salad and Bean Sprout Salad. Set aside or refrigerate.

Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper and garlic with the beef. Cook in hot wok just until color changes. Remove from pan and keep warm.

Heat the 4 teaspoons of sesame oil in the wok. Add mushrooms, carrots and cucumber. Remove from pan. Add eggs and scramble.

Fill rice bowls with rice about 1/2 way. Add to each: meat, mushrooms/carrot/cucumber mixture, salads, eggs, lettuce and sauce. Finish with a sprinkle of sesame oil.
